What is Tarot4U?
Tarot4U offers automated card readings, spread explanations and numerology for symbolic self-reflection and entertainment. It does not claim to predict events or reveal another person’s thoughts.
Do I have to follow the eight homepage steps in order?
No. Every step is an independent shortcut. Choose a category or spread, pick a deck and use digital or physical cards when available.
How do I get my free reading?
Create and confirm a free Tarot4U account, sign in, choose any spread, and begin your reading. Eligible free accounts receive one reading each day.
Can the free reading be any spread, even a longer one?
Yes. The free daily reading can use any available spread, including the separate one-card Yes or No reading. A reading counts when it begins.
Is One-Card Yes or No part of every spread?
No. It is a standalone reading. Regular multi-card readings present their card meanings and interpretations without inserting a yes/no answer for every card.
How are digital cards selected?
Digital card choices are produced by the app’s card-drawing software. The symbolic meanings are interpretive; neither the selection nor the result verifies future events.
Can I use my own physical deck?
The website supports a physical-card reading path for supported spreads. Pick the cards from your own deck and enter or select them in the site’s interface.
How do I print a completed reading?
After completing a reading, select Print Friendly. It opens a separate page with a light background suitable for browser printing or saving as PDF.
Where did my saved reading go?
Saved readings may rely on browser storage and your current account or device. Check Saved Readings in the same browser. If browser data was cleared, the reading may not be recoverable.
What if the interpretation is wrong or confusing?
Tarot interpretations are subjective; multiple views of the same cards are possible. If the software mixed up cards, questions or calculations, submit a technical report through Contact Us so we can investigate.
Memberships & Billing
What membership plans are offered?
Free: one reading a day using any spread. Paid: two daily readings, three daily readings, or unlimited readings, with weekly, monthly or annual billing. See the Membership page for the current price.
Are subscriptions recurring?
Yes. Every paid subscription renews automatically each week, month or year as chosen, until you cancel. The billing interval and total should be shown before you confirm payment.
How much do subscriptions cost?
2/day: $0.99 weekly, $3.98 monthly, $29.80 annually. 3/day: $1.49 weekly, $5.97 monthly, $35.80 annually. Unlimited: $2.49 weekly, $9.99 monthly, $45.80 annually. All are USD, before applicable taxes.
When does the reading allowance reset?
The currently configured service resets reading counts at 00:00 UTC, which may be a different local time depending on your location and daylight saving.
How do I cancel a recurring membership?
Sign in, open Membership, and choose Manage Subscription to reach the Stripe billing portal. If unavailable, use Contact Us → Membership / Cancel Subscription. Canceling is intended to stop future renewals.
Will I keep access after cancelling?
Ordinarily you retain paid access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless a refund, chargeback or legal requirement changes access. Review the confirmation in the billing portal.
Can I change from 2 readings/day to Unlimited?
Yes, use Manage Subscription to see any plan options and final prorated charges or credits before confirming. If the portal does not show your desired change, contact support.
Can customers outside the United States subscribe?
Stripe may support international payment methods and local-currency display depending on the active account, payment configuration and customer location. Availability is not guaranteed for every country or card.
What if I paid but am still on the free plan?
Allow a short period for payment confirmation, refresh your account, and check the billing email. If still incorrect, contact support with your account email and Stripe payment reference, never full card details.
Are subscriptions refundable?
A reading’s interpretation alone does not guarantee a refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges, unavailable paid access and other issues are reviewed fairly, and mandatory local consumer refund or withdrawal rights always apply.
Is my card stored on Tarot4U?
Card entry occurs on Stripe-hosted checkout and related billing screens. Tarot4U uses subscription identifiers and confirmation records to grant access; do not submit card numbers in a support message.
Numerology & Interpretation
What is a Life Path number?
A Life Path number is a numerology tradition that reduces digits from a date of birth to a symbolic number. It is for reflection and entertainment, not a scientific personality test.
Which master numbers does the calculator recognize?
The calculator preserves master numbers 11, 22 and 33 under its displayed calculation method. Other traditions may handle intermediate steps differently.
Does the Life Path calculator store my birth date?
No. The standalone calculator computes the result in your browser; the calculator does not send or store the submitted birth date. Other pages or features might be different if you provide information there.
Can I rely on a reading for health, money, or legal decisions?
No. Readings are not medical, financial, legal or mental-health advice. Use qualified professionals and reliable evidence for important decisions.
Privacy, Support & Technical Issues
Why is my confirmation email delayed?
Email delivery can be delayed by provider filters, typos or rate limits. Check spam, verify the address and try the sign-in flow again. Contact us if it still fails.
What happens if a reading crashes midway?
A connection interruption or software defect may stop a reading. If your quota was consumed without a completed result, contact support with the time and account email so we can review it.
How do I change cookie settings?
Use Cookie choices in the footer, or visit the Cookies Policy. Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless you explicitly allow it in this website version.
How do I request my data or report a privacy issue?
Open Contact Us and select Privacy & Data Request. Describe your concern and the account involved without including passwords, card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How can I contact a human about an error?
Visit Contact Us and choose Technical Error, Billing, or General Support. Provide the page and what happened, approximate time, and a safe screenshot if useful.
