Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Last reviewed: October 13, 2026

Welcome to Tarot4U. These Terms govern access to tarot4u.live, its automatically generated tarot and numerology features, user accounts, saved readings, and paid memberships. By creating an account, choosing to begin a paid subscription, or continuing to use account-based features after a reasonable notice, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Please read the renewal terms carefully.

Important: Tarot and numerology here are interpretive tools for self-reflection and entertainment—not factual predictions or professional advice. Every paid plan automatically renews weekly, monthly, or annually until cancelled. The price and billing period you select appear before payment. Applicable consumer rights cannot be waived by these Terms.

1. Operator and service

“Tarot4U,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of tarot4u.live. Services currently focus on automated tarot readings, card dictionaries, educational material, selected spiritual or astrology themes, saved-reading tools, Life Path numerology, and online subscriptions. Services may change or be discontinued as described below. To contact the operator, use the Contact Us form; a legal-business address and registered operator details must be supplied where required before commercial launch.

2. Age and eligibility

Account-based readings and paid memberships are offered to people 18 years or older who may lawfully enter into the applicable agreement. You must provide accurate account and payment information and have authority to use the payment method. Do not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Tarot is not factual prediction or professional advice

A reading represents one symbolic interpretation of the cards selected and the questions or positions chosen. A single card may support many reasonable interpretations. Tarot4U does not promise clairvoyance, guaranteed outcomes, an accurate characterization of another person, or knowledge of anyone's private thoughts. Numerology likewise presents a symbolic tradition rather than a scientifically validated measure of personality, destiny or compatibility. The site is designed to help you reflect and explore different perspectives.

4. No medical, psychological, legal, investment or emergency advice

Nothing on Tarot4U provides diagnosis, therapy, crisis intervention, legal representation, tax advice, investment advice or other licensed professional services. Never delay urgent medical care, emergency assistance, reporting of abuse or safety precautions based on a reading. For serious questions affecting health, safety, finances, law or relationships, consult an appropriately qualified professional and trusted real-world sources.

5. Responsibility for decisions

You choose whether and how to act on a reading. Tarot4U cannot know the full circumstances of your life and is not responsible for your decisions merely because you considered symbolic content on this website. This clause does not excuse Tarot4U from obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Free daily reading

An eligible registered free account may complete one reading each day using any available spread, including the standalone One-Card Yes or No spread. A daily reading is claimed when the reading begins. Free readings are not transferable, have no cash value and generally do not accumulate. The quota resets at 00:00 UTC, not necessarily at local midnight. Abusive creation of multiple accounts to evade limits is prohibited.

7. Subscription plans, price and billing interval

The current standard paid options are:

Membership Weekly Monthly Annual
2 readings per day $0.99 $3.98 $29.80
3 readings per day $1.49 $5.97 $35.80
Unlimited daily readings $2.49 $9.99 $45.80

Prices are shown in USD, before any applicable additional sales tax or VAT. The displayed Checkout total, selected currency, applicable taxes and billing schedule control the actual order you authorize. Promotional offers or price changes are not assumed unless expressly offered. Unlimited means there is no normal daily reading-count limit under the plan, not permission to operate automated bots, overwhelm servers, resell access or bypass security systems.

8. Automatic renewal and authorization

All paid memberships are recurring subscriptions. By completing Checkout after being shown the applicable price, frequency and cancellation terms, you authorize the payment processor to charge that amount every week, every month or every year, according to the option you selected, until you cancel. Applicable taxes may vary. You will be able to review the charge and interval before giving affirmative authorization. There is no recurring charge for the free reading tier. We do not intentionally enroll a user in a paid tier without an affirmative purchase action.

9. Billing confirmations and reminders

Stripe processes payments, receipts and subscription-management functions. We endeavor to make the renewal terms and cancellation instructions available in a retainable confirmation and in your account's membership area. When law requires reminders or advance price-change notices, applicable notices will be provided. Your bank may separately impose fees outside our control.

10. Managing and cancelling subscriptions

Use the Membership area while signed in and select the Stripe Manage Subscription or billing-portal option to cancel renewal or update payment details. Cancellation is intended to stop future renewal charges; access ordinarily continues through the already-paid billing period unless your checkout or applicable law says otherwise. Deleting your browser history, closing a browser tab, signing out or deleting local reading data does not cancel a Stripe subscription. If the cancellation control is inaccessible, use the Contact Form immediately, select Membership / Cancel Subscription, and provide the billing email and relevant transaction reference. We will review and assist. We will not intentionally obstruct cancellation.

11. Changes, upgrades and downgrades

Changing a plan or billing interval may generate a prorated charge, credit, new period start, or other billing adjustment displayed by Stripe. Review the checkout or billing portal's final total before confirming. A plan change takes effect at the time indicated by that interface and confirmed transaction; do not assume an upgrade or downgrade occurs instantly until account access reflects it.

12. Failed payments and interrupted membership access

Card declines, expired payment methods, fraud reviews or delayed notifications can interrupt membership activation or renewals. Access may temporarily revert to the free level until payment is successfully confirmed. If you believe you paid but cannot access a purchased entitlement, contact support promptly with the sign-in email, approximate time, plan and Stripe transaction reference. Do not send your complete card number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace mistakenly consumed reading allowances, or provide another legally required remedy.

13. Refunds and billing corrections

Because digital services can be accessed immediately, a completed reading by itself does not entitle the purchaser to a refund merely because they disagree with the interpretation. However, this does not eliminate statutory refund, withdrawal, nonconformity or charge-error rights. Refund requests for duplicate payments, unauthorized charges, payment processing faults, unavailable access, material service failures, incorrect plan application and other issues will be assessed promptly and fairly under applicable law and payment processor rules. We may offer a refund, account correction or appropriate service credit where permitted and agreed. If a jurisdiction provides a mandatory right to cancel or refund, that right takes priority. Contact Support with transaction details; we do not require a publicly posted review to obtain assistance.

14. Errors: human, technical, automated and third party

Tarot4U is software operated by people and connected to other services. Errors can include human entry mistakes, incorrect birth dates or card selection, mistaken account associations, misconfigured prices, programming defects, stale browser files, inaccurate interpretations, network interruption, lost or duplicated data, database synchronization delays, webhook failures, payment-provider errors, spelling mistakes, wrong calculations, or content published in error. We aim to correct material defects within reasonable control after notice. We do not promise that every reading, report, interpretation, calculation or saved record will always be accurate, complete, available, error-free or recoverable. Nothing in this clause denies remedies required by consumer law or excuses intentional wrongdoing, fraud or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

15. Reporting errors and available remedies

Tell us promptly through Contact Us what went wrong, which feature you used, the approximate time, what result you expected, and what actually occurred. Include a screenshot if safe, but remove private account tokens and card details. We may ask clarifying questions, correct a computational error, issue a replacement reading allowance, recover a server record if available, refer a payment to Stripe, or provide a refund or other remedy as the situation and law require. User-controlled browser-only data may not be recoverable.

16. Availability, outages and maintenance

Tarot4U may occasionally be inaccessible because of maintenance, outages, software updates, security incidents, internet failures, force majeure events or supplier interruptions. We try to restore service responsibly but cannot promise continuous availability or preservation of unsaved work. Temporary service interruptions do not automatically terminate subscriptions; if a paid service is materially unavailable, contact support for a fair resolution consistent with applicable law.

17. Saving, exporting and printing readings

Saved-reading and print-friendly tools are conveniences and may depend on local browser storage, signed-in account state or supported features. Retain your own copies of material important to you. You are responsible for protecting anything you print, export or share; the website cannot control who sees files after you download or distribute them. Printing is a convenience, not a warranty of permanent storage.

18. Numerology calculations

The Life Path number uses a disclosed digit-reduction method, generally reducing birth-date components while preserving 11, 22 and 33 as master numbers when encountered under that method. Different numerology traditions use different methods, so sites may produce different intermediate values or labels. A displayed number is a symbolic result, not an established measure of identity or a prediction. Validate the entered date before relying on the arithmetic.

19. Accounts and login security

You must keep passwords and devices secure and notify us of suspected compromise. We may request confirmation of account ownership before releasing data, changing subscription associations or helping with access. Do not share credentials, use another account without permission, abuse email confirmation, or impersonate other users.

20. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

Do not interfere with site operation, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape or automate excessive readings, bypass daily-use limits or payment barriers, access other customers' data, reverse engineer protected back-end functionality where prohibited by law, distribute malware, submit unlawful content, harass support personnel or use the platform to facilitate scams. Reasonable automated security limits may apply even to an unlimited plan.

21. User-submitted material and third-party privacy

You confirm you have the right to submit questions or material you enter. Avoid exposing confidential, private or identifying information about other people without their authorization. You retain any rights you have to your original questions and notes, while granting Tarot4U a limited license to process them for the features you request and related support. Public sharing by you is your own decision.

22. Intellectual property and trademark

Unless otherwise indicated, Tarot4U's original content, visual design, software, branded elements and official Tarot4U logo are owned by or used with permission of the operator. Tarot artwork from historical or other licensed sources retains applicable creator rights. Do not reproduce or suggest sponsorship by Tarot4U without authorization. Short excerpts and legally permitted uses remain allowed. Reference to third-party names does not imply endorsement.

23. Service changes and discontinuation

We may improve, redesign or discontinue features for legitimate operational, safety or legal reasons. We will endeavor to give appropriate notice when a change materially affects a paid service. A material reduction in a paid service may entitle you to a remedy under local consumer law; the service's mere ability to change does not override that right.

24. Third-party services and external links

Stripe, Netlify, Supabase, Google and any external website linked from Tarot4U may have separate terms and practices. We do not control their uptime, independent decisions or external content. To the extent that a failure affects our paid service, your consumer remedies against Tarot4U remain as applicable law requires.

25. Information provided “as available”; warranties

To the extent permitted by law, symbolic content and nonessential website features are provided “as available” without promises that an interpretation will be accurate, will predict a future event, or will be suitable for a particular personal decision. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted connections or that saved local data will never be lost. These statements do not exclude express promises, guarantees or warranties that applicable law makes non-waivable.

26. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Tarot4U does not accept liability for unforeseeable or indirect losses arising solely from a user's choice to rely on symbolic interpretation. Where a lawful cap applies to a contractual claim, our aggregate liability may be limited to the subscription amounts paid to Tarot4U by the affected customer in the preceding 12 months. No limitation applies where prohibited, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here prevents a consumer from pursuing legally available relief for a paid service failure.

27. Consumer protection and mandatory rights

You retain all protections available under the consumer law that applies to your purchase, including rights related to automatic renewal disclosures, cancellation, unfair contractual terms, digital services, privacy, and refunds. If any clause conflicts with mandatory law, the lawful rule controls and the rest of the Terms remain effective to the extent legally permitted.

28. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory rights where you live, these Terms are interpreted under the laws of Oregon, United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Before formal proceedings, we encourage sending a support request so the issue can be investigated and resolved within a reasonable period. This does not require forfeiting a legal deadline or using arbitration. Consumers may have the right to bring disputes in another legally required forum or under their home jurisdiction's mandatory rules.

29. No waiver and severability

If a court finds a term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a term once does not constitute a permanent waiver. Terms may not be transferred by a user in a way that circumvents licensing or billing rules without approval, except as required by law.

30. Changes to Terms and prices

We may revise these Terms as features or law change. We will publish a revised effective date and provide notice of material changes where appropriate and required. Existing subscriptions do not automatically accept undisclosed price increases. Material changes to recurring charges will be announced and additional consent obtained where required. If you disagree with future terms, discontinue using affected features and cancel your paid plan using the described method; accrued statutory rights remain protected.

31. Contact, billing disputes and accessibility

Please use Contact Us for membership cancellation assistance, transaction discrepancies, accessibility barriers, suspected errors, intellectual-property concerns, and privacy inquiries. Provide the email connected to your account but never your password, Stripe secret, full payment card or Supabase access token.
